Crime in SA | Kluyts murder-accused denied bail for the third time

JOHANNESBURG – New evidence before the court regarding the rape and murder of school teacher Kristen Kluyts, was not sufficient to grant bail to the 21-year old accused. 
He’s applied for bail for the third time, and his legal team says they won’t stop.

The court found that even though a new video has surfaced showing other people around Kluyts, it is not sufficient to grant him bail.
Kluyts was found murdered during a park run in October last year.
